On March 8, a delegation of five members led by Liang Qingyan, vice general manager of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. (Yuchai Machinery) and Lyu Jian, director of the Manufacturing Technology Department of Yuchai Machinery visited the Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science (AMSS) and the Institute of Process Engineering (IPE), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) for initial communication in regard to common interests.

During visiting AMSS, AMSS' leaders including Vice President Gao Xiaoshan welcomed the delegation. The two sides made communication in regard to items such as numerical control processing optimization, integrated application of mathematics and manufacturing, and reliability analysis, and reached the initial cooperation intention.

During visiting IPE, CAE researcher Wang Yu showed the delegation around the project laboratories.
