On March 19, the signing ceremony of the framework agreement on strategic cooperation in finance between Yuchai Group and the Rural Credit Union of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (GXRCU) was held in Nanning. Wang Hong, chief accountant of Yuchai Group and Tang Chengxi, member of the Party Committee and deputy director of GXRCU signed the agreement on behalf of respective sides. Yan Ping, chairman of Yuchai Group, was present.

Under the agreement, the two sides will, under the principles of "voluntariness, equality, reciprocity and mutual benefit", forge a longstanding stable strategic partnership to carry out deep cooperation in such fields as capital collection, capital appreciation, deposit, wage payment, workers' personal consumption credit and mutual insurance loan.

Gu Tangsheng, president of Yuchai Group and Zheng Jianlong, deputy Party secretary and director of GXRCU addressed the signing ceremony.

Yuchai at a critical moment of the second startup needs mass capital for major project construction, Gu said, adding that forging a strategic partnership with GXRCU will make a beneficial and far-reaching impact on the sustained and healthy development of Yuchai Group.
