On August 7, a delegation of 18 members led by Lin Yutang, deputy chief justice of the Higher People's Court of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Liang Wenhua, chief justice of Yulin Intermediate People's Court, brought legal service to Yuchai. Group leaders including Gu Tangsheng, Wang Hong, Zhou Sunhai, Guan Min, Li Tiansheng and Chen Weiguo warmly received the delegation.

At the symposium, Gu Tangsheng, president of Yuchai Group, introduced the group's development, annual sales, industrial structure and business mode to the delegation, thanking the Higher People's Court of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Yulin Intermediate People's Court for their long-term concern with and support for Yuchai's lawsuits during its development, for example, the courts fully safeguarded Yuchai's lawful rights and interests in the case in which Shenzhen Lutong Investment Development Co., Ltd. defaulted on a huge loan to Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. and the case in which Luchuan Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was heavily in arrears with payment to Yuchai Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

Lin said Yuchai's entrepreneurship, innovation and pioneering spirit are well worthy of being learned by the courts. Yuchai's contributions to Yulin, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and the country in recent years are obvious to all. The courts should perform their duties, legally safeguard Yuchai's lawful rights and interests, duly and efficiently handle Yuchai's cases, give full play to their functions, communicate, coordinate and stay together with Yuchai, to widen Yuchai's development road and enlarge its development space. Also, he required Yuchai to improve itself in system and risk control and communicate with the courts when encountering major events and making decisions, pledging that the courts will offer legal counseling and opinions to prevent risks.

At last, Lin said the courts would build communication platforms via multiple channels and in various forms to facilitate future communication with Yuchai.
