Yuchai's first YC6MJ marine engine on board Lianyungang's fishing vessels has recently succeeded in trial operation.

YC6MJ is a new model designed and developed on the basis of YC6MK marine engine, which has not only retained YC6MK's advantages such as energy and fuel conservation and low failure rate, but also improved significantly in power performance. YC6MJ-powered fishing vessels showed outstanding performance in relevant test items such as launch, butting and direct sailing. It outshone similar products of key opponents in various performance parameters, and was unanimously praised by Lianyungang's fishing vessel owners for its outstanding fuel economy and power performance. Thanks to its outstanding performance, YC6MJ passed the inspection by the local vessel inspection department.

According to sources, Yuchai has launched several YC6MJ marine engines in Lianyungang. Upon its launch, YC6MJ has become a prioritized engine for local 25m-30m fishing vessel owners in coastal waters, breaking the monopoly of a certain power product.
