Yan listed among "Ten Models for Corporate Culture Competitiveness in the 35th Anniversary of Reform and Opening-up"

From November 16 to 18, the "Corporate Culture Competitiveness in the 35th Anniversary of Reform and Opening-up--Chinese and Foreign Corporate Culture Summit Shanghai 2013" organized by the China Corporate Culture Institute (CCCI) took place in Shanghai. The conference awarded the entities and individuals which have made remarkable contributions to corporate culture building over the 35 years since the beginning of reform and opening-up. Yan Ping, chairman of Yuchai Group, was listed among the "Ten Models for Corporate Culture Competitiveness in the 35th Anniversary of Reform and Opening-up", and Yuchai Group ranked among "Outstanding Entities for Corporate Culture Competitiveness in the 35th Anniversary of Reform and Opening-up".

Yan personally wrote My View of Core Concept and preached corporate culture, led Yuchai to develop a strong sense of corporate social responsibility and established the core concept of "Green Development & Harmony Win-win". With the mission of making the trust of partners and the public more valuable", Yuchai has transformed from a Chinese manufacturer into a Chinese creator and is forging ahead towards with the vision of "building a world-famous brand and a large-sized international conglomerate".

Yuchai's corporate culture has been rooted in its corporate strategy, become the guiding principle of corporate development and played a significant guiding role in corporate development. Long-term corporate culture practice and development has made Yuchai culture distinctive, and the unique cultural gene has boosted Yuchai's brand upgrading, enhanced its core competitiveness and accomplished its healthy and sustainable development.

The summit summed up the mode of action and effect of corporate culture competitiveness over the 35 years since the beginning of reform and opening-up, making practical and theoretical exchanges on how to sharpen cultural competitiveness, make clear the way of cultural competitiveness cultivation, evaluate cultural competitiveness, make culture function, boost the future soft strength of enterprises and fulfill the great dream of China.

Present were leaders of relevant state ministries and commissions like the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the Ministry of Commerce and the All China Federation of Trade Unions, as well as were more than 500 delegations of over 350 large & medium-sized state-owned enterprises and famous private enterprises.
