Perfect and outstanding after-sales service is one of Yuchai's core competences for winning the market. On December 10, Yulin TV (YLTV) entered Yuchai Customer Center and Yuchai service station to find out Yuchai's competitiveness in the after-sales market.

"Hello! This is Yuchai Customer Service Center, what can I do for you?" Entering the center, the reporters heard customer service representatives answering calls from customers politely. The center primarily handles customer requests, complaints and consultation. It is said that the center answers about 1,000 calls in busy periods like summer harvest and about 500 in normal days.

In the interview from YLTV, Wu Zhen, chief of the Service Management Section of Yuchai Customer Center, introduced, with 46 offices, over 3,000 service stations and over 4,500 parts sales outlets worldwide, Yuchai has established a service network with the largest scale, the smallest service radius, the longest warranty mileage and the fastest response in China's engine industry, to provide fast and sincere desired services to customers worldwide. He said, "'Acting on customers' words' is the fundamental responsibility of customer service representatives. Customer need only to call, we will do everything else!"

Yuchai services are a complete system. Service stations are the front end of tentacles of Yuchai services extended to customers, they not only serve but also assume the task of marketing. With Luchuan service station hundreds of meters away still, the reporters caught sight of the striking logo of Yuchai Machinery. Entering the station, they saw trucks of major brands to be maintained line up neatly like guards. Customer Luo Bin just came out of the reception hall. When being asked why he chose here for maintenance, he told that he has driven over 20 years and now drives a Balong heavy-duty truck powered by Yuchai. "Yuchai's service is good and a call will work out wherever and whenever I am."

According to a report released by the China Association for Quality, the customer satisfaction of Yuchai Machinery has been stable at a high level, directly showing that its product quality and after-sales service capacity have been widely recognized by customers.
