The event involves eight bus items including Best Bus Employer, Recommended Domestic Model, Recommended Overseas Model, Recommended Matching Product, Recommended New Energy Vehicle, Recommended School Bus, etc. Among 35 entries for the Award for Recommended Bus-Matching Product were Cummins ISF 3.8L full electronic control engine, Allison T transmission and JJE electric coaxial series-parallel dual-motor system, covering engine, transmission, air-conditioner, tire, automotive electronic products and related parts control systems. Eventually, 13 outstanding matching products won the award, including Yuchai YCHPT II hybrid system, Cummins ISF 3.8L full electronic control engine and Michelin tire.

According to sources, YCHPT second-generation plug-in hybrid system (YCHPT II) is a system upgraded on the basis of the first-generation system in late 2011.
