Recently, at Guangzhou Transpo 2012, the newly developed YCQ-6525B intelligent filter part of Guangxi Huayuan Filtration System Co., Ltd. has won 2012 Best Bus Parts Award from the Guangdong Public Transport Association and the Guangzhou Association of Highway Transportation Industry.

At the exhibition, representative series exhibited by Huayuan, including oil filter, diesel filter, diesel pre-filter and air filter, drew close attention from visitors and peers. YCQ-6525B intelligent filter part integrates micro electric oil transfer pump with fuel heater, and has functions including automatic evacuation, automatic heating and water level induction. It can effectively solve problems caused by paraffin precipitation of fuel in cold areas including high difficulty in start, flameout upon start and power shortage, extend the useful life of filter element, and solve the problem of rail pressure reduction caused by filter element resistance increment.

In recent years, Huayuan has stuck to independent innovation orientation and industrial policy orientation, and constantly improved the capacity for independent innovation. With the improvement in the capacity for 3D design, the deepening of basic research and the enrichment of means of testing, the company has progressively improved its development capacity, satisfied market and customer demands, and constantly enhanced its brand benefit.
