Recently, at the request of the Thai distributor, YC6G260N-30 and YC6M340N-30 gas engines have received an emission witness test from TISI under the Ministry of Industry, Thailand.

TISIs certification officers and distributor representatives conducted an emission witness test to YC6G260N-30 and YC6M340N-30 gas engines. As a result, both passed the test.

To ensure a success in the test, since receiving the task in November, the laboratory of Yuchai R & D Center has organized and coordinated various test resources including equipment, beds and staff, provided reliable guarantee for the success, and eventually completed the test within one day, ahead of two days scheduled.

Yuchai engines were highly praised by the certification officers for their high emission level and technical standards in the test, laying the groundwork for the entry of Yuchai gas engines into Thailand.

Due to its rich gas resources and relatively low gas prices, Thailand has been vigorously popularizing gas vehicles by reducing tariffs on gas engines, offering high subsidies for modified gas vehicles modified and maintaining gas prices. These policies have boosted Thailands demand for gas engines. Yuchai gas engines have become the top priority of Thai customers due to its economy, environment friendliness and high reliability.
