The electric welder skill master studio of Yuchai Group has recently been accredited as an autonomous region skill master studio in 2014 by the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

According to the requirements of the Implementation Scheme for Guangxi High-skill Talent Revitalization Plan, Guangxi will build 30 autonomous region skill master studios in the "twelfth five-year" period and each will get a subsidy of 100,000 yuan. The electric welder skill master studio of Yuchai Group named Liu Yingjia Skill Master Studio was the only of its kind honored this year.

Liu Yingjia is the chief technical engineer of Yuchai Heavy Industry Company Limited as well as one of the company's top technologists in terms of process and operation skills. For many years, he has taken an active part in technical innovation and development. Due to his outstanding work performance, he was listed among "2009 Yuchai Top Technicians", "2009 Yuchai Ten Outstanding Young Workers", "2010 Yuchai Golden Workers" and "2010 Guangxi Skill Masters", and garnered the "2012 Guangxi Skill Award".

After its inauguration, the studio will make a new contribution to Yuchai's "second startup" through project research, technical development, technical innovation and mentoring.
