In the recent activity of "quality and service integrity commitment" of national outstanding enterprises organized by the China Association for Quality Inspection on March 15, 2014--the International Day for Protecting Consumers' Rights, upon strict scrutiny and level-by-level selection, Beihai Yuchai Petronas High-grade Lubricants Co., Ltd. (Yuchai Petronas) and Yuchai Heavy Industry Company Limited (YHI) were honored as "national outstanding enterprises for quality and service integrity commitment" for their high product quality and considerate service.

For a long time, Yuchai Petronas has centered on the quality policy of "leadership and applicability, green and reliability, full-course integrity, value adding and win-win", comprehensively controlled product quality based on the requirements of TS/16949 quality management system standards, determined 4 key processes for control, worked out 46 quality monitoring points and set 33 quality targets, applied advanced technologies and conducted rigorous quality control throughout the process of production, kept to the service concept of "trying my best to serve customers worldwide sincerely and honestly", and maintained stable sales growth in the acid market test. The award shows the society's high recognition of the company's product quality and service.

As the earliest base manufacturing and exporting mini excavators as well as a manufacturer with the most complete spectrum of products in the country, YHI upholds the brand slogan of "limitless products, infinite quality". YHI's excavators lead the domestic excavator industry in terms of MTBF, have been closer to advanced international standards and have been exempt from export inspection for many consecutive years.
