On September 5, the five-day 1st China Guangxi (Laos) Commodity Expo opened at the International Trade, Exhibition and Convention Center in Vientiane, capital of Laos. Yuchai showed up with two engines: YC6MK420-40 and YC4FA130-40. The exposition was co-organized by the Department of Commerce of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Laos.

Yuchai's two exhibits--YC6MK420-40 and YC4FA130-40 attracted numerous exhibitors by fine appearance and leading technologies. The reporter of Sethakit Sangkom visited Yuchai booth. Tang Haidong, director of Yuchai Vietnam Office, introduced Yuchai's corporate scale, product application and marketing service in Laos. Sethakit Sangkom covered Yuchai's booth in detail.

Among other Chinese enterprises participating in the exposition were Sinotruk, DFLZ, Sinotruk Liuzhou Yunli and Qinzhou Lishun. DFLZ-exported products basically carry Yuchai engines and the most powerful engine is YC6M375.

Yuchai's participation shows its brand image of "Great Power, Globalized Yuchai" and lays a solid foundation for further developing the Lao market.
