With the further improvement in Yuchai's product quality, Yuchai engines, especially Yuchai NG engines have been highly favored by European customers and landed in the European market in large volume. On April 9, YC6K1242-40-powered C&C fire fighting truck was assembled in Germany. Besides, Yuchai has recently got a lot of NG gas engine export orders in Russia.

Russia is dominated by German, Japanese, American and Koreans vehicles. They carved up the Russian auto market and Chinese vehicles have almost been cornered. In marching into the Russian market, Yuchai faces not only challenges such as brand value, market inventory and after-sales service, but also rigid certification and other challenges.

In the face of all sorts of adversities, Yuchai has been actively developing the market, gained recognition from local consumers and got orders by its outstanding product quality and service, and strong performance in the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympic Games.
