On January 31, led by Vice Chairwoman Ma Dexiu, a special survey group of the Committee of Education, Science, Culture, Health and Sports, CPPCC visited Yuchai along with Liang Weijiang, secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the CPPCC Yulin Municipal Committee.

Yuchai is Yulin's largest enterprise as well as a survey base for the government and society. During the visit, the survey group watched the promotional video of Yuchai Group, and visited the showroom of Power Building, the heavy machinery workshop of Engine Plant 5 and the test center of Yuchai R & D Center.

Gu Tangsheng, president of Yuchai Group, introduced Yuchai's general information such as products, production, R & D and corporate culture to the delegation. Yuchai is China's largest independent diesel engine manufacturer, as well as the world's largest diesel engine manufacturer apart from Cummins, he said.

According to the source, during visiting Yuchai, the delegation also surveyed entities such as Yulin Normal University.
