On March 30, Yan Ping, chairman of Yuchai Group, visited Shaanxi Blower (Group) Co., Ltd. (ShaanGu), receiving warm welcome from Yin Jianan, chairman of ShaanGu. Party Secretary Ning Xingyong and Vice General Manager Liang Qingyan of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd.; Wang Yuanqian, investment director of Yuchai Group and Xie Yuqiang, chairman of Yuchai Petronas Lubricants Co., Ltd. and other leaders accompanied Yan.
At a meeting, Yuchai and ShaanGu introduced respective business situations, and exchanged ideas on issues such as corporate development, strategic planning and corporate culture.
Yin expected the two sides to forge a longstanding strategic partnership for common development, cement interaction and communication in advancing corporate culture building and management system construction, and accomplish resource sharing and complementation in industrial development.
Yan agreed with Yin, noting that the two sides have a lot in common in terms of corporate culture. Core competitiveness outweighs scale in corporate development. Extending industry-related businesses is more conducive to enterprises' long-term and healthy development. He expected the two sides to have further discussions and make further studies in the fields of chemical and energy conservation to work out a cooperation scheme. Also, he invited ShaanGu to visit Yuchai.
Accompanied by Chen Dangmin, general manager of ShaanGu, the delegation visited ShaanGu's showroom, industrial service center, blade processing center and heavy-duty workshop. Chen answered all technical questions raised by Yan.
