Yuchai wins two CV after service awards in 2012

On April 22, the release conference for "2012 Commercial Vehicle After Service List" and "2012 Commercial Vehicle Service Satisfaction Survey" took place in Shanghai, with the participation of representatives of tens of commercial vehicle and parts manufacturers and over 30 after service providers, as well as some journalists. Yuchai won the top parts awards--"Golden Tripod Award" and "Service Brand of the Year". Zhang Ting, deputy general manager of Yuchai Sales Co., Ltd., received the awards on behalf of Yuchai and delivered a speech.

Yuchai's market service has always been highly acclaimed by machinery and vehicle plants, distributors and terminal customers, and has scored highest for ten consecutive years in the third-party customer satisfaction survey. The two awards show the public's high praise for the long-term and diligent efforts of Yuchai's service system, the society's full recognition of Yuchai's fulfillment of corporate social responsibility and customers' greatest acknowledgement of Yuchai's products and services.

Yuchai pays attention to customer demands in terms of power, economy, reliability, durability and service convenience, advances in the direction of specialized segments in terms of technical R & D and sales service, and conducts specialized management in fields such as truck power, bus power, construction machinery power, agricultural machinery power, marine power and passenger vehicle power. The event is a major event for promoting the standardized, efficient and transparent development of after service in China's commercial vehicle industry, according to sources. It was initiated by Commercial Vehicle, China's earliest commercial vehicle journal. Running for several months, this year's event covered over 20 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, visited over 30 various service providers for domestic mainstream commercial vehicle manufacturers, communicated with nearly 2,000 commercial vehicle drivers, fully reflected the Chinese commercial vehicle after service market, objectively analyzed and evaluated the actualities of the market.
