To celebrate the 91st anniversary of the founding of the Communist Youth League of China (CYL), further unite with and mobilize League members to devote themselves to Yuchai's cause of scientific development and contribute their youth, wisdom and strength, on May 3, Yuchai Group held a Youth Day seminar at the meeting room on the fourth floor of Power Building, While cherishing the history of the CYL, the outstanding League cadres and the ten outstanding young persons, together with other attendees, reviewed the oath to join the CLY, shared their experience in work and growth, and motivated the League members to contribute to Yuchai's development on respective posts.

Present were Party Secretary Ning Xingyong, Party secretary of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd.; Li Tiansheng, deputy Party Secretary of Yuchai Group and Ye Bin, deputy Party secretary of Yuchai Machinery. At the seminar, all attendees chanted the League anthem in chorus and reviewed the brilliant history of the CYL. The ten outstanding young persons and the outstanding League cadres shared their working experience and harvest in growth. Heads of grass-roots League organizations voiced their feelings for and thoughts on League building.

Wang Zhifeng, the representative of the ten outstanding young persons from the Foundry, said, "Having felt short of knowledge reserves after graduating from the university and joining Yuchai, I went back to the campus. The reason why I chose Yuchai again is that it has built a broad platform for us young persons to sharpen our skills and created favorable conditions for our growth and success. I have been attracted by Yuchai's loose and tolerant cultural atmosphere."

The League cadre offered his advice

Referring to the in-depth advancement of League building in the future, Deng Yapeng, secretary of the League General Branch of Yuchai R & D Center offered his advice, thinking Yuchai's grass-roots League committees have carried out a lot of activities, but the publicity of the significance of these activities is yet to be intensified.

Wu Yanqiu, secretary of the League General Branch of Engine Plant I also voiced her view, thinking the League committees should enhance its influence on the thoughts of League members to deepen their understanding, make them recognize their sacred duties and missions, thus giving full play to the pioneering and model role of young commandos and reserves.

After hearing the experience, the corporate leaders also voiced their thoughts. Ning Xingyong said, the company has always valued the building of the League member team and has offered strong resource support, with the aim of bringing the League members together and make them keep displaying their talents, improving and growing via the League committees. Our League branch secretaries and key League members should lead all League members to make concerted efforts in League building and strengthen the League committees to prove they are platforms of producing results and talents.
