On July 11, a team led by Chen Yuangun, director of the Department of Labor Protection of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (GXDLP), led a team to Yuchai for guidance on model worker studio building and a survey on model worker management.

Advised and guided by the Federation of Trade Union of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and the Federation of Trade Union of Yulin City, Yuchai Group will build a model worker studio with the aim of giving play to the pioneering and leading role of model workers to teach skills and unique techniques, boost technical quality and advance occupational skill competition. After the relevant person in charge introduced the details of preparations for model worker studio building, Chen exchanged ideas with Li Tiansheng, deputy Party secretary of Yuchai Group and Liang Ping, chairman of the Labor Union of Yuchai Group, giving instructions in deficiencies in studio building.

At Yuchai, the team visited the heavy machining workshop and the heavy machinery assembly & commissioning workshop, experiencing the production environment and team & group culture building.
