The 2nd Asian Youth Games (AYG) is scheduled to open in Nanjing on August 16. Most athlete transporting vehicles in Nanjing are powered by Yuchai engines. Since May 2013, Yuchai Sales Co., Ltd. has worked out a special service support plan, and established a vehicle service support team led by Zhang Ting, vice general manager of Yuchai Sales Co., Ltd. and made up of service engineers of the customer service center and staff of Nanjing office, to ensure the normal operation of transport vehicles during AYG.

According to the plan, Yuchai started machinery maintenance and troubleshooting in July. Due to Nanjing's high outdoor temperature at noon in July, to prevent heatstroke, the team conducted troubleshooting at night. Though the temperature is still up to 33 degrees Celsius or so, Zhang Huaideng, Hu Xiliang and other engineers of the service technology division of Yuchai customer service center still led service staff to troubleshoot transport vehicles in an enthusiastic, meticulous, intense and orderly manner, to ensure that transport vehicles meet AYG in good conditions. To date, Yuchai's service support team has finished all the troubleshooting work before the opening of AYG and is advancing other support work in an orderly manner to meet AYG with sincere services.
