On September 2, the Experience Exchange Meeting on Plant Affairs Publicity and Democratic Management took place in Yulin. At the meeting, the advanced collectives and individuals for plant affairs publicity and democratic management were awarded. Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. was honored as "Yulin's Advanced Collective for Plant Affairs Publicity and Democratic Management".

Ning Xingyong, Party secretary of Yuchai Machinery, shared his experience at the meeting. He said, "We must familiarize our staff and workers with the salary distribution scheme so that they can immediately figure out their daily income after everyday work; leading cadres' income is distributed by the next higher level instead of at their units to avoid staff's suspicion; affairs concerning staff's immediate interests such as leading cadres' business entertainment expenses and traveling expenses, corporate major business decisions, cadre appointment and dismissal, recruitment information, major project construction, staff recruitment, salary distribution and business situation should be made public and clear to staff via various channels.
