Yuchai has recently launched its campus recruitment campaign in 2014. The campaign is scheduled to kick off on October 9, involves 33 special recruitment fairs in 58 institutions of higher education across the country and will offer nearly 300 jobs. Chairman Yan Ping and General Manager Wu Qiwei of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. will personally head for these institutions to recruit talents.

The annual recruitment campaign is a major activity of Yuchai to select talents from around the country as well as the direct channel for graduates to join Yuchai. Sources said Yuchai Group and its subsidiaries have planned to recruit graduates in machine building, marine engineering, financial accounting, management, etc.

According to Pang Jian, general manager of the HR Department of Yuchai Group, the company will recruit talents based on its development need every year, and it will have robust demand for talents, especially leading talents in the coming one year or two. The company should select these talents from recruited graduates, train them and bring their talent into full play.

Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd., the core subsidiary of Yuchai Group, has growing demand for talent grade this year compared to previous years. To attract senior talents, the company has planned to deliver special recruitment fairs in countries like Japan in mid-October to absorb outstanding international talents and advance talent internationalization.
