On October 11, the departure ceremony for the overseas investigations and studies of Yuchai's first group of skill master took place at Yuchai Cultural Center. The first group of four skill masters is scheduled to head for German companies like DMG for studies and investigations on October 14. Present were Liang Ping, chairman of the Labor Union of Yuchai Group; Chen Jinyuan, president of the Yuchai Technician Association, etc.

At the meeting room on the third floor of Yuchai Cultural Center, the technicians signed the overseas training agreement with the company. Liang required that the technicians should take the opportunity to ask frequently and think much, spot gap through investigations, actively learn advanced foreign manufacturing technologies and apply what they have learned in practical work, thereby raising Yuchai's technical level.

Chen said, the company has sent technical backbone to study abroad every year in recent years, but it is the first time that the company has organized skill masters for overseas investigations and studies, which are aimed to align technicians' level with international level, and learn advanced manufacturing technologies and successful experience from world-famous brands, thus improving Yuchai brand.

At the award ceremony for Yuchai Worker Skill Contest this year, Chairman Yan said, "Yuchai will make all industrial workers with professional skills live a wonderful life". Selecting and sending outstanding skill masters to study abroad shows that Yuchai Group respects knowledge and talents.

Referring to the platform offered by Yuchai, skill master Liu Xianli said, "I really appreciate the opportunity of overseas studies offered by the company, manufacturing equipment has become increasingly advanced with the development of the company, but we don't quite know the entire manufacturing process of equipment, we must learn some sophisticated equipment manufacturing technologies in the overseas investigations to reserve technologies for Yuchai's future equipment upgrading. After returning, we will share what we have learned with other technicians to offer them a good knowledge of foreign manufacturing level."
