Results of the selection of "National Quality Trustworthy Teams" organized by the China Association for Quality, the All China Federation of Trade Unions, the All-China Women's Federation and the China Association for Science and Technology have recently been unveiled. As a result, the comprehensive management team of the Machine Inspection Office of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. (Yuchai Machinery) was listed among "2013 National Quality Trustworthy Teams".

As a "management" and "executive" team, the comprehensive management team of the Machine Inspection Office worked out the management principles of "picking right persons, defining responsibilities, participating in management, high realm, building prestige, praising more and good service", and implemented the Inspector Job Rotation System in 2013, thus comprehensively improving inspectors' inspection skills and communicative competence, training workers into quality controllers and broadening workers' career road. Besides, the team developed a culture of "openness, tolerance and excellence".

By establishing and perfecting internal and external quality information communication mechanisms like the Schedule of Missing Parts Delivery Application and Supply Tracking Process Monitoring and "Information Statistics on Delivery Inspection and Faults of Machines", the team investigated and analyzed R0 faults of 468 units from wrong and omitted installation, feedback was down 20.45 percent year on year, the rate of failure from wrong and omitted installation was only 0.0010%, the quality target was under stable control and there was zero complaint throughout the year.
