The Yulin Discipline Inspection Committee and the Yulin Supervisory Bureau held 2011 Commendation Conference on Anti-corruption Publicity & Education, Survey and Information Work in downtown Yulin. Yuchai Group ranked among 2011 Yulins Advanced Entities in Anti-corruption Publicity & Education, and Zhou Jinliang, deputy discipline secretary of Yuchai Group and Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. (YM) ranked among 2011 Yulins Advanced Individuals in Anti-corruption Publicity & Education.

In 2011, with healthy operations and clean practice as the objective, and policies and regulations, incorrupt culture and education & training as the content, the corporate disciplinary inspection committee thoroughly conducted anti-corruption publicity and education, and organized all cadres and staff to learn the spirit of the 6th plenary meeting of the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Criterions for Clean Practice of Leaders and Cadres of the Communist Party of China, the Regulations on Clean Practice of Leaders of State-owned Enterprises, etc. Besides, the corporate disciplinary inspection committee also actively carried out anti-corruption publicity and education, published experience articles and works of disciplinary inspection cadres on newspapers and periodicals, and received favorable response. Corporate cadres and staffs awareness of incorruption and self-discipline has been enhanced constantly and Party style and anti-corruption building has achieved new effects, thus gaining full recognition from the superior disciplinary inspection committee. 

As the leader in charge, Zhou attached great importance to corporate anti-corruption publicity and education, set a good example, bore heavy responsibilities, made bold innovation, participated in the full course from publicity and education planning, organization to implementation, gave guidance and conducted supervision on the front line, held anti-corruption publicity and education lectures in subsidiaries, plants and departments, and visited suppliers and partners to find out anti-corruption publicity and education, to vigorously popularize Yuchais concept and spread Yuchais incorrupt culture, thus making positive contributions to corporate anti-corruption publicity and education.
