Guangxi Yuchai Petrochemical Co., Ltd. has recently been honored as one of Guangxis model enterprises for informatization and industrialization integration by the Industry and Information Technology Commission of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Only three enterprises in Qinzhou won the honor.

Yuchai Petrochemical has persisted in the work principles of unity, maturity, compatibility, utility and efficiency and constantly perfected the real-time database system based on its production and management needs; has established a computer information network, been operating advanced production management system and progressively accomplished integrated, automated and scientific production, sale and management. Its 200000t/y solvent oil automatic control system used domestically advanced technology and scientific management method, and a central control room was established for centralized monitoring of operations of process units, utilities and product storage tank farms. A liquefied chemical product sales control room was established in the liquefied product loading area for central monitoring and sales management of product loading. The project constantly increased the utilization rate of resources and minimized pollutants and emissions, thus ensuring safe production and yielding good economic and social benefits. Thus, the companys informatized and automated management has been up to domestically advanced standards.
