On June 27, Yulins conference in commemoration of the 91st anniversary of the CPC and commendation conference on excellence campaign was held at the multifunctional hall on the fourth floor of Yulin International Convention & Exhibition Center. Yulins leaders, including Jin Xiangjun, secretary of the CPC Yulin Municipal Committee and Han Yuanli, mayor of Yulin, were present. At the conference, Yulins advanced grass-roots Party organizations, outstanding Party workers, outstanding Party members and Party committees and organizations of the top ten windows were commended, and Yuchai ranked among Yulins advanced grass-roots Party organizations in excellence campaign. Ye Bin, deputy Party secretary of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. (YM) received the award from Han on behalf of Yuchai. Besides, Chi Zhao of the Tools Manufacturing Plant ranked among the top ten pioneers in excellence campaign and Tang Zhanghua of Yuchai Sales Co., Ltd. among outstanding Party members in excellence campaign.

At the conference, Jin delivered an important speech, acknowledging Yulins achievements in excellence campaign, requiring Party members and cadres to bear history in mind, carry forward bold spirit, step up efforts to advance economic construction and promote the prosperity of Yulin.

Ye introduced Yuchais experience in excellence campaign on behalf of Yuchai. He reduced Yuchais experience to three points: underlining organization construction and striving for excellence in invigorating Party organizations; underlining the model role of pioneers and striving for excellence in bringing Party members progressiveness into play; underlining independent innovation and striving for excellence in promoting the leapfrog development of enterprises.

Excellence is an eternal topic as well as Yuchais persistent pursuit, said Ye, adding Yuchai will take the award as a new starting point, renew efforts, make innovation, further deepen excellence campaign, vigorously strengthen corporate Party building and make unremitting efforts to build an enterprise with annual sales of 100 billion yuan and promote the scientific, harmonious and leapfrog development of Yulins economy and society.

According to sources, among other attendees were representatives of Yulins government departments, representatives of institutions, directors of organization departments of all provinces (cities, districts), enterprise representatives and active applicants for Party membership. Before the conference, municipal leaders including Jin and Han posed with persons in charge of grass-roots Party organizations, outstanding Party workers, outstanding Party members, Party committees and organizations of the top ten windows, the top ten pioneers and representatives of the top ten township Party committees.
