On December 23, Yan Ping, chairman of Yuchai Group, visited World Group in Danyang, Jiangsu Province. Among Yans entourage were Li Hanyang, chairman of Yuchai Power Machinery Co., Ltd.; Deputy General Manager Chen Ningbin and Acting Deputy General Deputy Manager Wang Limin of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. (YM); Su Dianhua, deputy manager of the Purchasing Department of YM and Huang Weishu, deputy general manager of Yuchai Sales Co., Ltd.

Yuchai Group concludes a strategic cooperation agreement with World Group

Yan exchanged ideas in depth on Yuchai-World strategic cooperation with leaders including Tong Guoxiang, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Zhenjiang Municipal Committee and secretary of the CPC Danyang Municipal Committee; Chairman Wang Weiyao, Vice President Shao Jianjun and Shao Zhongfang of World Group.

At the meeting, Tong, Wang and Yan expressed their yearning for and confidence in the mutually-beneficial cooperation between World and Yuchai, and reached consensuses on more far-reaching and broader cooperation.

Following the meeting, Yuchai concluded a strategic cooperation agreement with World. Under the agreement, World will supply parts to Yuchai and Yuchai will supply engines to World. By integrating respective technical specialties, quality advantage and market experience, the two sides will sharpen respective core competitiveness in performance and cost, thus further consolidating their longstanding and reciprocal partnership.
