Yuchais technician-based high-skill talents have kept breaking records in corporate, municipal, provincial and national occupational skill competitions, achieving brilliant results such as the seven consecutive championship in the municipal competition, the third consecutive championship in the provincial competition and the 14th place in the national competition. To share achievements of high-skill talents in the group, Yuchai delivered 2012 Yuchai High-skill Achievement Exhibition on December 29 to fully demonstrate the demeanor of Yuchais industrial workers.

The exhibition took place at the newly built training center of Yuchai. Over 20 physical achievements, six categories of skills and over 20 background columns were on display. Present were Yan Ping, chairman of Yuchai Group; executives of Yuchai Group and Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. and leaders of all functional departments.

Before the booth of Qin Maohua, a skill master who ranked 14th in the national occupational skill competition this year, Yan highly praised Qins exquisite benchwork skills, saying emotionally, I was a bench worker and know it is not easy, you are great! You can teach you skills and experience to more others.

Throughout the visit, Yan and other executives looked carefully, occasionally bended to watch the demonstration of high-skill talents, modestly consulted technicians about their doubts, and repeatedly thumbed up, saying, Yuchais high-skill talents are really marvelous!

Following the visit, Yan noted achievements of high-skill talents are the pride of Yuchai and all its workers. Yuchais high-skill talent team is the greatest and best team. All workers should be proud of being devoted to Yuchais cause. All management staff of Yuchai, especially functional departments at all levels, should value the building of the technician team and the worker team, and pay closer attention to the team in future evaluations, salary reforms and outbound training.
