On March 30, Yuchai's over 2,000 workers participated in the draw for Phase 1 and 2 affordable commercial housing, coming closer to their dream of housing purchase.

In the day, the first round of the draw began on the basketball court of Yinghua community. The workers first drew sequence numbers, and then had their identities authenticated at Yuchai Culture Center by time frame according to their sequence numbers, made a draw and had their information registered. The draw scene was orderly.

The worker Wen Yuhai's sequence number was 544. He had his identity authenticated and made a draw between 12:01 PM and 2 PM. For him, the drawing method was fair and just and the schedule was reasonable.

According to sources, the property is conveniently located at the intersection of Erhuan South Road and Jiangnan Boulevard in Yulin, and close to Yuchai's plant area. The property is planned to be high-rise buildings with 15 to 18 floors and a maximum of 24 floors. The community has complete facilities covering road, water & electricity, fire protection, communications, environmental protection, landscaping and greening, as well as a kindergarten and a shopping mall.
