On May 19, Yuchai Heavy Industry, in its Head Office, released the new service brand and commitment while kicking off the Thanksgiving Tour 2014 service campaign. Mr. Li Hanyang, Chairman of Yuchai Heavy Industry, said at the ceremony the release of new service brand and tactics as well as the steady growth in production and sales marked that Yuchai Heavy Industry has fully restored the growth momentum.
On that morning, the Head Office of Yuchai Heavy Industry was immersed in the pleasant atmosphere enhanced by the green space, dynamics and colorful flags. Mr. Li Hanyang and Zhong Ying, Deputy Director-General of Yulin Municipal Administration of State Assets Supervision and Management unveiled the new service brand of Yuchai Heavy Industry. As the red silk cloth was unveiled, the new service brand Focus and Service Create New Value was revealed in front of the participants.
At the ceremony, Yuchai Heavy Industry also released the new service commitment. Yuchai Heavy Industry promised that in the marketing service, it would fulfill the commitments of 111 service speed and 1130 service quality. To be specific, it would respond to the client query in 15 minutes while ensuring 1-hour staff deployment, 1-day problem solving, once-for-all service, one staff finalizing the service, zero client complaint and all-weather, whole-process and all-inclusive service.
The new service brand and commitment represent the sum-up of Yuchai Heavy Industrys marketing and service work during the past few decades. They also carry on the solemn commitment of Yuchai Heavy Industry. According to the plan of Thanksgiving Tour 2014 campaign, Yuchai Heavy Industry will visit the users and dealers of Yuchai Heavy Industrys excavators on May 19-July 18. In this period, it will make point check of the visited machines, make troubleshooting for the machines and provide training programs on service skills. In this way, it will help them solve problems, thus serving users in a better way.
