On July 22, leaders of contestants from different industries and entities in Yulin drew competition order for Yulin tryout of 2014 Guangxi Skill Master Contest and Yuchai Worker Skill Contest. Yuchai Group undertook the tryout and fielded 156 contestants for the tryout.

The tryout brought together a total of 20 units and departments of subsidiaries of Guangxi Shenhuang Breeding Group Co., Ltd., Beiliu Bus Terminal, Yanjing Beer Yulin Co., Ltd. and Yuchai Group.

At the draw ceremony, Lu Daodong, secretary of the Party Leadership Group and vice chairman of the Yulin Federation of Trade Unions, thanked Yuchai for its full preparation for the contest. He noted that Yuchai with rich experience in skill contest organization has not only provided good competition fields, but also made full preparation for logistics support. Lu hoped that the contestants should compete with high morale, show their skills, obey judges' decisions and display their level and style.

According to sources, departments including the Guangxi Federation of Trade Unions will jointly organize Guangxi Skill Master Competition for the first time this year. The contestants were selected by trade unions at all levels. The contestants who win the first place and meet relevant conditions may apply to the Guangxi Federation of Trade Unions for the medal of "Guangxi Skill Master". The contest has 10 categories and includes preliminaries and finals. The preliminaries will be organized by relevant cities, and the finals will be organized by the Organizing Committee of "Guangxi Skill Master" Contest and be held at Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center and Guangxi Polytechnic this October.
