"2013 China Weifang Agricultural Machinery Parts Summit" sponsored by the China Association of Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers (CAAMM) has recently been held in Weifang, Shandong Province. At the summit, Yuchai's YC4A140L-T20 series won the 2014 China Innovation Award for Agricultural Machinery.

Under the theme of "Cooperation, Quality and Upgrade", the summit brought together over 700 manufacturers of agricultural machinery and agricultural machinery parts, offering advice and suggestions on China's transforming from a "large agricultural machinery country" into an "agricultural machinery power".

To commend the enterprises which have made remarkable contributions to the technical upgrading of Chinese agricultural machinery, CAAMM set up the "China Innovation Award for Agricultural Machinery Parts "and "China Gold Award for Agricultural Machinery Parts". After several rounds of voting and review by the evaluation committee, products of 44 enterprises were shortlisted. As a result, YC4A140L-T20 diesel engine series of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. stood out of many shortlisted products by its outstanding product performance, stable market performance, good reputation and leading sales to win the "2014 China Innovation Award for Agricultural Machinery".
