On September 19, with the beginning of the recruitment in Jilin University, Yuchai Group's campus recruitment tour in 2015 has been initiated. According to sources, Yuchai will send eight recruitment teams to the northeastern region, Shandong, Beijing and Tianjin, the northwestern region, Wuhan, Changsha, Guangdong and Guangxi this year.

The northeastern recruitment team has moved in Harbin Engineering University (HRBEU), Dalian Maritime University (DLMU) and Dalian Jiaotong University (DJTU), and the Shandong recruitment team has entered Shandong University. Apart from the teams, the other six teams are making intense and orderly preparations for recruitment in the corresponding "regions" after National Day. Then Yuchai's 2015 campus recruitment tour will be unfolded comprehensively.

On September 25 and 26, the northeastern recruitment team led by Guan Min, vice president of Yuchai Group presented special recruitment fairs in DLMU and DJTU successively. At 5:50 PM September 25, Guan hurried to DLMU immediately after deplaning. Everything had been set for a special recruitment fair there, and the venue with some 160 seats had been full of students who intended to learn about Yuchai. At six o'clock sharp, the fair began as scheduled. By playing the promotional video of Yuchai Group and the recruitment and making presentations, Yuchai's recruitment team presented Yuchai's culture and history, development level, industrial layout and competitive edge, talent team building and development, career development platform, working and living environment, etc.

The students present are mostly majors in marine engineering, logistics transport management, etc. Attracted by Yuchai's reputation, they inquired of Yuchai's recruitment staff about workplaces, career promotion and training, salaries and benefits, recruitment requirements, strength of subsidiaries they intended to join, etc. Guan made heated communication with the students and answered their questions. Many students expressed their earnest desire to join Yuchai after learning about Yuchai. When a student asked if Yuchai has the problem of regional discrimination, Guan said Yuchai has an open and inclusive culture with its staff from across the country but Tibet.

On September 26, Yuchai presented "Yuchai Scholarship" at DJTU and held a special recruitment fair to attract nearly 200 students. Yuchai's recruitment team interacted with the students present.

According to sources, Yuchai has made a good beginning for the campus recruitment this year. By the morning of September 27, Yuchai had received nearly 2,000 resumes from students across the country. The reporter also learned from the northeastern recruitment team that Yuchai would recruit over 540 graduates this year, far more than over 370 last year, including over 430 for Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. (Yuchai Machinery) and over 110 for Yuchai Group. The number of graduates recruited for Yuchai Machinery's headquarters soared this year, covering majors including thermal energy and power engineering, mechanical design and automation, etc.
