(Yuchai Machinery) held a special training on overseas anti-corruption acts, inviting Li Min, executive director of Ernst & Young's Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services, to teach related knowledge. According to the source, the background that Yuchai Machinery's controlling shareholder Yuchai International has gone public in the USA decided that the advancement of Yuchai's overseas strategic cooperation will be restricted by FCPA. The training is aimed to enrich cadres' knowledge of US foreign corrupt practices laws and regulations, enhance their awareness of clean practice and further advance the company's anti-corruption work.
