Recently, at the plaque-presenting ceremony for Yulins incorrupt culture building demonstration enterprises. 10 entities including Yuchai were honored as the first group of incorrupt culture building demonstration enterprises by Yulin Discipline Inspection Committee. Ye Bin, deputy Party secretary and discipline secretary of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. (YM) received the plaque reading Incorrupt Culture Building Demonstration Enterprise.

In recent years, Yuchai has steadily carried out incorrupt culture building, kept to incorrupt culture, created the concept of incorrupt behavior of staff featuring law abiding, standardization, incorruption and self-discipline and the corporate concept of incorruptible operation featuring legal operations, standard management, self regulation and incorrupt practice, and formed a cultural orientation of incorrupt practice featuring being proud of incorruption, being ashamed of corruption and esteeming incorruption in the enterprise. Yuchai has renovated the carrier of incorrupt culture, carried out audio-visual education to Party members, lectures on incorruption of management cadres and essay solicitation from staff relatives, made incorruption video and the manual of Incorrupt Yuchai and set up incorruption showcases and warning signs, thus enhancing the impact of incorrupt culture. Yuchai has focused on constructing the long-acting mechanism of incorrupt operations, signed the Warranty for Incorrupt Operations with subsidiaries, the Anti-corruption Agreement with matching plants and suppliers, and the Warranty for Incorruption and Self-discipline and the Letter of Business Ethics Commitment, thereby displaying the constraint force of incorrupt culture.

Yuchai has vigorously advanced corporate incorrupt culture building, formed a favorable atmosphere for incorrupt practice, strengthened Party style and anti-corruption construction, promoted incorrupt practice of cadres and staff, accomplished incorrupt and standard operations, and boosted the development of the enterprise. In 2010, Yuchai ranked among Yulins advanced entities in anti-corruption publicity and education and Yulins outstanding entities in performing the system of responsibility for Party style and incorrupt building and the work of constructing the system of corruption punishment and prevention. In 2011, Yuchais discipline inspection committee won third-class collective merit in Yulins discipline inspection and supervision system.
