On June 21, Jiangxi Wuning Passenger Transport Co., Ltd. (JWPT) sent a silk banner reading Warm Service, Customer Satisfaction to Yuchai Jiujiang service outlet in acknowledgement of its work.
JWPT purchased over 30 YC4F engines in 2009 and found failure of some engines during operation, but could not suspend operation due to the large passenger volume. In view of that, the outlet sent staff for visiting service. After finding out the dispatch law of the passenger station, Yuchais service staff worked out an elaborate repair plan, worked overtime late into the night for more than half a month in order not to delay day operation, and finally completed the repair of the batch of engines. During the period, dispatch was not delayed by repair, and the customer reported great improvements in power and fuel consumption after repair.
The outlet upheld Yuchais service concept of initiative and integrity, centered on customers and moved customers with sincerity, thus winning praise from customers and increasing customer loyalty to Yuchais products. Qin Yong, person in charge, said, As a professional service outlet of Yuchai, we will spare no efforts to complete every repair task, and will never make customer complain of our services to affect Yuchais reputation.
