Organizing frontline sci-tech staff and outstanding group leaders for outward rehabilitation, investigation and learning is one of the 13 practical and good deeds for staff promised by the Labor Union of Yuchai Group. On August 27, at Yuchai Culture Center, the labor union held a farewell ceremony for rehabilitation, investigation and learning in Deqing, Guangdong Province. Group leaders such as Deputy Party Secretary Zhang Jiasha and Labor Union Chairperson Liang Ping, as well as chairperson of relevant grass-roots labor unions, saw them off. Huang Bojiang, deputy chairperson of the Labor Union of Yuchai Group, headed the delegation. 

Farewell ceremony 

The 200 participating staff members were selected by all units from advanced staff such as Yuchai's model workers and outstanding Party members, leaders of outstanding groups, leaders of benchmark groups, leaders of quality trustworthy groups, and outstanding individuals of groups in 2010 .They are the enterprise's grass-roots advanced figures which have been making silent contributions to the enterprises. Organizing them for outward rehabilitation, investigation and learning can not only relax them physically and mentally, but also broaden their vision, showing the company's care for talents.
