To further build the brand image of Yuchai Heavy Industry Company Limited (YHI), sharpen the company's core service competitiveness, enhance customer satisfaction and improve the professional skills of distributor service managers, a five-day YHI 2011 distributor service manager workshop opened at YHI's training center on August 29.
YHI's excavator distributor service managers and chief service engineers from around the country got together at the training center for new service policy and parts training. Ye Guoqiu, operating director of YHI and persons in charge of departments of YHI International Service Center attended the opening ceremony.
Through the training in core excavator service standards, the service concept of preventative maintenance, service order management, service process and parts system, YHI aims to guide distributors in accepting the new service concept, mode and policies, further standardize distributor service and parts management and sharpen distributors' core competitiveness, thus accomplishing "win-win" of YHI and distributors.
