Recently, a seminar on the promotional campaign themed by Globalization of Chinese Equipment and organized by China Machinery Industry Federation was held in Beijing. As a result, Yuchai ranked among meritorious Chinese equipment manufacturers.
 
Over the decade, Yuchai has gained healthy development and fast growth, with its annual sales revenues soaring from RMB 3.1 billion to RMB 37 billion, registering an increase of over ten times. It has accomplished the synchronous development of business quality and scale, and renewed the legend of China Power with quality and wisdom forged over the past six decades. It voluntarily assumed environmental responsibility to become a practitioner of low carbon power and green power, and kept ahead in the industry in engine emission control. In 2011, Yuchai launched Euro VI YC60L-60 sample engine.

After six decades business development and accumulation, under the guidance of the core concept of Green Development & Harmony Win-win, Yuchai has built two product chains-engine chain and construction machinery chain, and constructed six quality sectors including engine, construction machinery, logistics & vehicle trading, energy & chemical and special vehicle, thus boosting its core competitiveness and building high-caliber cadre teams, high-performance management teams and creative labor groups.

The selection is aimed to commend the enterprises and entrepreneurs that have made outstanding contributions to Chinas industry over the decade and set good examples, to summarize and share their successful experience to guide more Chinese manufacturers to success, and to look into the future. A total of 44 meritorious entrepreneurs and 56 meritorious enterprises in the country made the list.
