On the afternoon of October 13, Yuchai 2012 Jilin-Liaoning campus recruitment fair was held at Run Run Shaw Building in the Nanling campus of Jilin University (JLU), with the participation of nearly 200 students. Zhang Jiasha, deputy Party secretary of Yuchai Group, made a presentation.

Zhang elaborated on Yuchais overview, core competitiveness and development plan, saying, Yuchai ranks 215th among Chinas top 500 enterprises, is growing rapidly and promising. Hopefully, you will choose and join Yuchai to grow with it! Zhang sincerely expected more graduates will join Yuchai to boost Yuchais development with their talent and capability.

In the interactive session, Yuchais recruitment group earnestly answered students questions about induction training, further education, housing, etc. All students considered Yuchai as a competitive large-sized internal combustion engine manufacturer with a sense of social responsibility. The presentation enhanced their understanding of Yuchai and aroused their desire to join Yuchai.

My major corresponds with Yuchais proposed engine R & D job, and I really hope to be recruited to start from Yuchai! said Ma Dawen, a graduate in thermal energy and power engineering from JLU who had submitted his resume early to Yuchai.
