Yuchai 2012 campus recruitment enters HRBEU, HIT

Harbin, a beautiful city in north China, is a leg of Yuchais campus recruitment tour. 

On the afternoon of October 11, upon arrival in Harbin, Yuchais Harbin campus recruitment group got down to work without a break; they carefully screened online resumes, conferred with college and school leaders on how to improve the quality of the recruitment presentation, and worked on recruitment details.     

Harbin Engineering University (HRBEU) has turbine and thermal power majors urgently needed by Yuchai. To recruit desired talents, on the morning of October 12, led by Guan Min, general manager of the HR Department of Yuchai Group, the group discussed recruitment matters with Wang Yukun, Party secretary of the College of Power and Energy Engineering of HRBEU. In the afternoon, supported by the college leaders, the group organized a seminar attended by more than 50 undergraduates and postgraduates in turbine and thermal power, to deepen mutual understanding and increase the success rate of two-way choice.      

On the afternoon of October 13, the group entered Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) for a new round of talent training to tap and absorb promising students for Yuchai.        

Guan introduces Yuchai to HITs students

Due to meticulous and effective early preparations, the presentation attracted more than 300 students from HIT and peripheral universities. Guan introduced the enterprises overview, core competitiveness and development plan, expecting college students to submit resumes actively and join Yuchai to achieve new success and fulfill their career dreams with Yuchai. 

A recruiter is answering a students question

On the scene of the recruitment fair, Yuchais recruiters not only introduced the details of the process and notes of Yuchais recruitment this year, but also explained Yuchais talent mechanism and answered students questions, thus making deep impression on students.

Yuchai proposed to recruit a record more than 860 graduates in 2012, including 86 masters and more than 780 bachelors. Recently, group leaders and staff in charge of recruitment this year have headed in nine groups to different areas of the country on a recruitment tour. By October 13, nearly 10,000 college students had submitted resumes to Yuchai.
