Despite the intense heat in July, workers of Yuchai Foundry Center (YFC) felt a puff of coolness: Yulin Federation of Trade Unions (YFTU) brought them 250 boxes of Wanglaoji, a heat-relieving beverage. This is one of practical and good deeds promised by YFTU to corporate workers in 2011.

On July 5, leaders such as Zhang Fuwen, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of Yulin Municipal Peoples Congress and vice chairman of YFTU; Lu Daodong, secretary of the Party Leadership Group and vice chairman of YFTU and Yang Fawei, vice chairman of YFTU headed to YFC with a full load of Wanglaoji. Corporate leaders, including Liang Ping, chairman of the Trade Union of Yuchai Group, showed the guests around the center.

At the presenting ceremony, Zhang, on behalf of YFTU, sent greetings to frontline workers, hoping they will spend the summer safely and work happily to create more wealth for the society.

Liang, on behalf of Yuchai, extended heartfelt thanks to YFTU, saying, you showed care for Yuchai every quarter, the coolness delivering campaign has made Yuchais workers feel YFTUs care in the intense heat of the summer. We will continue to carry forward the spirit of fearing no hardships and fatigue, and assure you that we will achieve the annual objective and target.

Zhang, Lu, Yang and Liang handed Wanglaoji to all worker representatives. The representatives pledged to work harder in the future to live up to the leaders expectations and achieve new successes for corporate development.
