On March 5, Lee Dong-hwa, chairman of the Economy, Science & Technology Committee of Gyeonggi Provincial Assembly; Chief Zhang Siqi, Deputy Chief He Guojian and Deputy Chief Lei Qiaobin of the Division of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs of the Department of Commerce of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region visited Yuchai Special Vehicle Co., Ltd. (YSV). YSV's leaders including General Manager Tang Xianyun and Party Secretary Huang Fengqing received the guests.

Located in the middle west of the Korean Peninsula, Gyeonggi is a province-level administrative region which plays a vital role in Korea. It is developed with its GDP accounting for more than one fifth of Korea's economic aggregate. According to the source, Korea and Guangxi have maintained longstanding friendly trade exchange. By 2014, Korea had invested in 99 projects in Guangxi, covering industries such as manufacturing, culture and sports, entertainment and accommodation & catering.

During the investigation, the delegation visited YSV's assembly and welding workshops.

Tang introduced YSV's general information such as products, production, R & D and market prospect to the delegation. After hearing Tang's introduction and learning about YSV's general information, Lee expected much of the prospect of the environmental sanitation market. With perfect infrastructure and huge market demand, YSV has huge potential, he said, adding that he will give further play to his role in promoting cooperation between more Korean small & medium high-tech enterprises and YSV in fields such as capital and technical investment.
