The launch ceremony for YHI Service Month 2013 has recently taken place in Yulin, Guangxi. Among over 300 attendees were leaders including Li Hanyang, chairman of Yuchai Heavy Industry Company Limited (YHI); Zhang Yunquan, deputy general manager of YHI; and Chen Dejian, deputy general manager of YHI and general manager of Yuchai Heavy Industry (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., staff representatives of YHI, distributor representatives and industrial journalists.
The service team starts off
At the ceremony, Li noted "Green Development & Harmony Win-win" is Yuchai's core concept, green is Yuchai's responsibility outlook and gratitude is an integral par of responsibility. Since starting excavator production in 1989, Yuchai has had a market inventory of over 50,000 units and over 50,000 customers. The "Journey of Gratitude, Care 2013"--Service Month launched today is exactly intended to return customers' trust. We carry out the activity annually in the hope of truly bringing our gratitude and our services to customers through the nationwide activity. Also, we require that our service staff should, with the gratitude of Yuchai, provide our most considerate services and greatest care to customers which have trusted and supported us over the 24 years.

At the ceremony, the service representatives of YHI and its distributors vowed to carry forward Yuchai's iron style, try their best to serve and move customers, and resolutely accomplish the heavy mission of visiting service.
Chen announced the opening of the launch ceremony for YHI's "Journey of Gratitude, Care 2013"--Service Month. The service representative of YHI's distributors took the banner from YHI's leader and started up the service vehicle to embark upon a two-month journey of service.
