On October 9, Yuchai 2014 campus recruitment kicked off at Dalian Jiaotong University (DJTU). Yan Ping, chairman of Yuchai Group, returned his alma mater for talent recruitment.

The recruitment presentation drew close attention from students, with the 180-seat classroom occupied by some 250 students. The impressive speeches of Ye Bin, deputy Party secretary of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. and Li Xiangfan, manager of the HR Department of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. aroused bursts of applause. In the Q & A session, the students vied to voice their strong desire and eagerness to join Yuchai. At the news, students from other institutions of higher education in Dalian also came for the presentation and actively submitted resumes.

Li Cheng, a major in vehicle engineering at DJTU, is from Liaoning but was anxious to work in the south. He intended to take Yuchai as his top priority for employment and encouraged his girlfriend to submit her resume, too. "I expect much of the business platform of Yuchai and hope to realize my dream at Yuchai," he said.

Xie Xujie from the School of Material Science and Engineering, DJTU knew Yuchai very well. He was eager to join Yuchai to contribute to his hometown.

According to sources, Yuchai 2014 campus recruitment has been launched in full swing, and the recruitment work in Tianjin University and Sichuan University is going smoothly. By October 9, Yuchai had received some 5,000 resumes from institutions of higher education across the country. Now the recruitment work is advancing in an orderly manner.
