On November 12, the signing ceremony for the joint venture of Yuchai Group and Hoifu Energy (00007 HK) took place in Hong Kong. Present were leaders of Yuchai Group including Chairman Yan Ping and Chief Accountant Wang Hong.

The joint venture will mainly engage in international investment operations, including engine, mechanical equipment, special vehicle, parts, energy and petrochemical product investment and sales.

According to sources, Hoifu Energy Group Limited (Hoifu Energy) is a company listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. It mainly engages in oil and gas exploitation and production, international trade of oil, gas and chemical products, securities trading, futures and option trading, mutual funds, etc.
