In the survey, the group conducted a field investigation into Yuchai Foundry Center, inquiring about the construction, production capacity and arising problems of the large casting workshop project of the diesel engine casting project of Yuchai Foundry Center and Phase 2 of the foundry center project. Liang made a comprehensive introduction. Lan required that Yuchai should pay special attention to problems like safety and environmental protection in project construction, value energy conservation and emission reduction, pinpoint construction problems and accelerate project construction to ensure the projects under construction are completed and go into production as early as possible, thus promoting the healthy development of the enterprise.

According to sources, the survey is aimed to inspect Yulin's implementation of the spirit of 2013 Guangxi Industrial Development Conference and industrial operation, and to find out Yulin's situation of industrial investment, project construction and park development. Besides Yuchai Industry Park, the survey group conducted a field survey of Yulin Economic Development Zone.
