On March 2, the System of Yuchai for Management of Top Technician Selection came into effect. According to the system, a top technician selection will be conducted triennially from 2012. This is a top technician selection fixed by Yuchai in an institutional form. The third group of top technicians will be selected this year.
According to sources, Yuchai launched the selection as early as in 2008, selected the first and second groups of 16 top technicians in 2008 and 2009 respectively. Over the years, the 16 top technicians have overcome loads of technical problems and practical problems on different posts by exquisite skills and rich experience, thus making remarkable contributions to Yuchais development and setting good examples to more than 1,000 technicians in Yuchai.
