On the morning of April 17, at Yuchai Power Building, Yuchai Group concluded a cooperation agreement with Hubei Dali Special Purpose Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Suizhou Dongte Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd., marking the tripartite special-purpose vehicle cooperation project has been launched legally and entered the stage of substantial implementation.

The agreements conclusion was intended to break the development bottleneck of Yuchais special-purpose vehicle sector. Yuchai decided to build an investment platform in Suizhou, Hubei, a city of industrial concentration, and accomplished the continuous and healthy development of the sector through further resource integration.   

Before the ceremony, Chairman Yan Ping and President Gu Tangsheng of Yuchai Group and Du Futian, chairman of Yuchai Special Vehicle Co., Ltd. held cordial and friendly talks with Zhang Yichao, chairman of Dongte and Wang Shuaibing, chairman of Dali.

The three parties sincerity in preliminary communication and consultation has promoted the cooperation, said Yan, hoping Dongte and Dali would deepen their understanding of Yuchai after the agreements conclusion, the parties would communicate with each other sincerely, stay united, open hearts, tolerate each other, give full play to the role of the elite teams of the shareholders and Yuchais industrial advantages, and enhance the influence of the project, thus achieving triple win.

Zhang and Wang thanked Yuchai for the rare cooperation opportunity, pledging that Dongte and Dali would make every endeavor in the project and intensify communication and exchanges, in a bid to perfect the project and promote the great development of the three parties.

Yuchai has spent more than a year surveying Dongte and Dali since March 2011, and finally decided to acquire Dali and Dongte. By its own advantages in brand, service network, financing and management, and the existing product advantage, mature manufacturing technologies and successful marketing of Dongte and Dali, Yuchai will promptly expand and occupy the market, accomplish the rapid synchronous development of brands, scale and benefits, promote the further development of the enterprise and gain a foothold in the special-purpose vehicle segment.
