Recently, CSR Yuchais first distributor conference has been held at Holiday Inn Shanghai Pudong Kangqiao. Among attending corporate leaders were Chairman Zhang Zhengqing, General Manager Yang Zhanming, Executive Deputy General Manager Zhu Dade, Chief Engineer Wang Hongjian and Deputy Chief Engineer & Technical Center Director Wan Xiaohua. Also present were representatives of 57 distributors in fields such as marine engine, onshore generating set and engine parts (services) from around the country. 

At the conference, CSR Yuchai introduced the companys products and marketing policies, made in-depth exchanges with distributors on market situation, coping strategies and cooperation details, and presented plaques to representatives of onshore generating set and marine engine distributors. 

Zhang delivered a speech, with an emphasis on such aspects as the companys development outlook, innovation ability and brand building. He said, to match product supply value with customer demand value, the company will, by various means, further perfect its sales network and customer service network. For example, the distributor mode will be established to make information transmission more rapid and effective, thus achieving the goal of providing timely and quality sales services. To take distributors as the extension of corporate marketing, we should output quality products, preferential policies and good services, as well as the companys culture and brand concept to distributors. The company will release perfect supplier management measures, and accomplish the real value integration of manufacturers and distributors by such means as incentive, to build strategic partnerships and jointly promote CSR Yuchais products and services.    

Yang hoped distributors would give full play to respective advantages based on the brand of CSR Yuchai, comprehensively capture market information, go into customer demands and actively explore potential markets to grow healthily with the company. 

According to sources, to fast enhance CSR Yuchais market share and brand influence in the field of marine engine and onshore generating set, CSR Yuchai will further intensify cooperation with distributors to establish a distributor sales service mode of win-win; select and cultivate an array of loyal and reliable partners to form a strong sales service network and jointly increase the equipping rate of independent engines in Chinas marine and onshore generation fields. To promote the healthy development of distributors, CSR Yuchai has established a set of rigorous distributor evaluation management systems for access qualification, operation and performance evaluation management.
